Triple H Resources, Inc. and others by numerous conveyances acquired from Blue Mountain Oil, Inc. and Ram Oil Company all right, title and interest of whatsoever kind and nature in any county, parish or state in properties whether or not specifically or adequately described in certain conveyances effective February 11, 2000 and subsequent various conveyances of record in such locations that the properties may be located.
The interests are located in at least 14 States and generally multiple counties in each state including: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Texas.
In addition to numerous mineral and royalty interests, the Blue Mountain/Ram acquisition included various leasehold working and overriding royalty interests as well as relevant reversionary and non-producing interests whether or not specifically or adequately described.
